Tallgrass Buffalo Sweat Stout

This beer I have heard good things about but was not impressed when I tried it. The sheet I received at the tasting says that this beer is a cream stout and tastes like liquid chocolate chip cookies made with coffee. This I did not taste. The flavor is light but you can taste chocolate and coffee but not like that describe. I feel what saps out the flavor is the fact that it is served in a can not a bottle. I have always found that bottle beers hold their flavor better than canned beers. This is an ok stout, but true stout lovers would rather drink something heavier with more flavor. The light stouts sit around 30 IBU, this one is a 20 IBU and with only 5% abv it really comes out as a light stout. Good but not the best stout out there.
